What file formats work best?
Vector (AI/PDF/SVG) preferred for color accuracy; high-res PNG (300 DPI) also works. We’ll share a placement proof for approval.
What’s the MOQ?
Minimum order is 20 pieces per design.
How fast is delivery?
Typically 3–7 working days after proof approval & payment. Dispatch from Bangalore with tracking.
Can we see a sample?
Digital placement proof is shared for every order. Physical samples can be arranged on request (additional charges/time may apply).
Billing & GST?
We provide a GST invoice with every order. Please share GST details while placing the order.
Revisions & color matching
One round of minor change on the proof is included. For brand colors, share Pantone/HEX values—we’ll match closely within print/emb constraints.
